This past weekend Braden and I made a very quick trip and flew up to his hometown in Amarillo, TX to celebrate Christmas with his family. Although the trip was quick, it was great to get out of Dallas and see some of Braden’s favorite places!
Amarillo is notorious for it’s changing temperatures, so I tried to pack accordingly. Saturday was full of adventure and family time, so the outfit I chose to wear was casual and comfortable. I paired my favorite H&M; sweater with last season’s Banana Republic faux fur vest, jeans and riding boots. This is usually my go-to winter look for pretty much any occasion!
Having a faux fur vest is a staple piece I’m constantly reaching for during the chilly months. I just ordered this super affordable Forever 21 vest a few weeks ago – you can’t beat the price! It’s so cute and can pair easily with almost anything.
