Sophisticated Whimsy

San Francisco

May 13, 2015 By Kari 1 Comment

Hi, friends! I apologize for being a little out of pocket lately. I currently am on a plane back from San Francisco/Napa for a much-needed vacation with Braden. I did my best to totally “unplug” the 5 days I was there, but we all know how difficult that can be.

As some of you may have seen on my Instagram… BIG things happened this week in Napa! I’ll be posting a full story with details included sometime early this week, so be sure to keep an eye out for that!

Our main mode of transportation while in San Francisco was to walk everywhere, and I mean everywhere. With that being said, I made sure to keep comfort a main priority when packing for this trip. I wore this comfy look on Saturday while we strolled through the Ferry Building Farmer’s Market and over to Fisherman’s Warf. The weather in San Fran is consistently changing, so I’m glad I had this light Lou & Grey jacket handy!

If you haven’t ever traveled to the San Francisco area, I highly recommend doing so! We had the best time trying out new foods, taking the oh-so-famous cable cars and just trying keeping up with the local’s fast-paced lifestyle. And lucky for me, we stayed right in Union Square, so the shopping was incredible!

I hope everyone is having a delightful week – I know I sure am! Talk to you soon.
