Making to-do lists (or any list for that matter) has always been something I love to do. Whether I’m making a grocery list, a Sunday chore list or a “must see in San Francisco” list – I always feel a sense of accomplishment when I get to mark off a task and see the progress I’m making.
Unless you share an obsessive crazy Type-A personality like me, then you’re probably a little confused and I would be, too. But, needless to say, making New Years Resolutions is something I never seem to forget to do. While it definitely takes more time to create than say a grocery list, I have finally completed my list for 2016 and am excited to share it with you:
PERSONAL:
- Be more present | less screen time
- Travel more | 30 miles away or 3,000 miles away
- Work out at least 3 times per week | #weddingbod
- Simplify | donate 2 bags of clothing per season and remove any unnecessary “clutter” in the house
BLOGGING:
- Attend 2 blog conferences this year | network and build lasting relationships with other bloggers
- Create and stick to an editorial calendar | scheduling is the key to consistency
- Post more regularly | stick to quality over quantity
- Film beauty-related content | create a YouTube channel, perhaps?
What are a few of your Resolutions for the New Year? If you’re open to it, please leave a few of them in the comments below – I would love to hear! (Maybe we could hold each other accountable, too!) xo
