AWAY SPA AUSTIN

Let’s be honest, any bride planning a wedding deserves to get pampered. Between picking the perfect floral arrangements to creating a cohesive seating chart, sometimes it can get a tad overwhelming. Completely and totally normal, but a couple hours to escape the to-do list and embrace a top of the line pampering experience is absolutely necessary. (…Right?!)

Since I’m in the midst of planning with only a couple of months left until the big day, I wanted to ensure I had a relaxing and memorable spa day with my bridal party. So when the opportunity came about to partner with AWAY Spa at the W Hotel in Austin, I was certain I would be able to create the perfect day from start to finish… And boy did I! 

Upon arrival at AWAY Spa, all 8 of us were greeted with plush bath robes and slippers and received a tour of the spacious lounging area. We were granted access to the steam rooms and luxurious showers while we waited for our masseuse to prepare for our services. Alongside of the amenities and infused water, we were also surprised with complimentary champagne and cupcakes! #yesplease

One by one, we were personally greeted by our masseuse and walked backed to our individual rooms. Our rooms were filled with calming aromas, relaxing music and dimmed lights. We each received the 75 minute AWAY Body Treat and it was aaaamazing:

“Delight in a full body time out. We’ll start with a scrub to exfoliate the skin and then wrap you up in a cocoon designed to rebound your body. We’ll wind down with a massage that refuels the skin, enlivens your mood, and surprises your spirit.”

Following our 75 minute service, we all boasted about our experience and indulged in a few glasses of champagne and one too many cupcakes. It was so fun to have some serious girl-time and forget all about our crazy schedules and just be present in the moment. Needless to say, I think I can speak for the entire party when I say it was an absolutely delightful experience! Creating a memory like we had at AWAY Spa will be something I personally will cherish forever.
