With it still being in the midst of summer here in Texas, it’s hard to think that fall is just right around the corner. But with time passing so quickly and school already starting back up, we’ll be welcoming fall before we know it – and boy am I ready for it! ?

When adding pieces to my wardrobe, I always look for something that can be worn and styled in different seasons. That way you obviously get more bang for your buck and more wear out of your clothes rather than a “one and done” piece.

This Modcloth dress is a perfect transitional option for this time of year. I opted to style it for a more fall-appropriate setting, but you could throw this baby on with some nude heels or sandals and be on your way to a summer or spring wedding. The high neckline is flattering on all body types and the keyhole detailing is so feminine and classic! You certainly can’t go wrong with either styling option.
