If you know me, you know how much I love researching vitamins and obsess over taking them. With so many supplements out there, it’s hard to know what exactly your body needs. 💓
If you’re not familiar, Care/of creates personalized daily vitamin packs based on a 15-20 question health assessment which you take before ordering your pack. The questionnaire focuses on your health goals, physical fitness, diet, water intake, food allergies, deficiencies, etc. From there you can either remove or add additional vitamins that cater to your personal wants or needs.
I’ve been receiving my monthly pack of vitamins for a little over 8 months now and I can genuinely say that I see a difference in my health and skin! I’ve shared Care/of with all of my friends and family and so many of them are hooked. It’s just a convenient, affordable option that helps you be the best version of yourself.
Each morning with my cup of coffee, I take:
- Evening Primrose Oil: Promotes healthy skin. This is my favorite vitamin because it’s improved my overall skin health and elasticity tremendously!
- Rhodiola: Assists in supporting a healthy response to stress
- Vitamin C: Helps maintain a healthy immune system
- Probiotic Blend: Helps naturally regulate your digestive system
- Vitamin B12: Essential vitamin for energy production
- Astaxanthin: Includes powerful antioxidant properties that support your brain, heart, and skin
Alongside my vitamins, I have a scoop of Collagen Peptides and Glow Sweet Glow skin hydration gummies. While I know it may seem like a lot, it only takes a few minutes of your day and will give lasting benefits!
